Eugen Phoenix Solution is currently involved in a refurbishment project of the former National Grid Gas Plc offices, recently vacated. The owners, Urbana Partners UK, wanted to redevelop the premises with new changing rooms, a cycle store, a gym and an outside canopy.

For the interior, we have provided a floating finish with a reinforced concrete base and concrete blinding, surfaced with floor screed. The drainage system is concrete-encased, and some brickwork has been carried out to match the new floor plans.
